MAARA- A NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING AN INDUSTRY DEDICATED TO THE EFFICIENT REMOVAL AND REUSE OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND THE SAFE DISPOSAL OF INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLES.
Sendok Group of companies, being the founder member of MAARA (Malaysia Automotive Recyclers Association), has successfully registered and licensed MAARA in Malaysia on the 21st October 2008.
With more than 250 members all over Malaysia, MAARA is a national association serving the auto parts recycling industry in Malaysia. It provides industry information to its members in an effort to facilitate continuous growth and evaluation of the auto parts recycling industries.
MAARA aims to further the automotive recycling industry through various services and programs to increase public awareness of the industry's role in conversing to the future through automotive recycling and to foster awareness of the industry's value as a high quality, low cost alternative for the automotive consumer. MAARA also encourages aggressive environmental management programs to assist member facilities in maintaining proper management techniques for fluid and solid waste materials generated from the disposal of the motor vehicles.
